Professional Experience

From 1986 to 1990, he was with IMEC/VSDM, Belgium, working in the area of architecture synthesis for DSP.

In February 1991, he joined the faculty of the electronics engineering department, national Chiao Tung university (NCTU), Hsinchu, Taiwan, where he is currently a professor. He served as the director of the chip implementation center (CIC), an organization for IC design promotion in Taiwan. He was the microelectronics program coordinator of engineering division under national science council of Taiwan.

Prof. Lee was the ISSCC committee member, the former IEEE circuits and systems society Taipei chapter chair.
